job offer june 2015

june19,2015 i got two phone call came for job in same time and same day in afternoon got interview call 1:40
one company call me and i work for them according to them i have to start work immediately means after hour or my home to company traveling time ? confusion start other company also offer to start work within hours?
how this possible?

i got a go in interview in solectron,i call IRS job my wife  coming tomorrow and i am not available founded other job (i can't work for one day),she congratulate me...thank....(temp only for day ) interview done then we visit to other agency who's need me they found me at monster.com i feel out application and I start work on Friday

I had to renew my driver licence,i got fail because vision,i get doctor appoiment at America best and they check my vision in computer system and then doctor set up Len's what ever match in computer  setup by associate,i request to Doctor change lanes so i can see but according to previous first step they blow air  in eyes and then farm and balloon vision test was provided wrong to doctor so he do not change 1.75 vision and i can't see because my vision not match well i lost 15+45=60 $ for eye dialysis and i bought +1.75  eye glass still i can't see previous doctor visit in august 2-014 i had -0.75 and now this doctor issue 1.75,i feel like doctor is Freud  i need more time to do eye exam and i need appoiment
